Watch the Winning Runs from FWT Hakuba

This past weekend, about 50 of the world's finest skiers and snowboarders headed to Hakuba, Japan for the first stop of this year's Freeride World Tour. Snow conditions weren't ideal, but that didn't stop the athletes from throwing down in the slightest. 

On the ski side of things, American FWT veteran Drew Tabke took the win with a laid-out backflip and some big airs, and Norwegian vet Hedvig Wessel topped the podium with an absolutely massive backflip and some clean mini-drops.

French riders dominated the snowboard division.  Defending champs Victor de le Rue snagged gold with yet another big backflip and 360, and fellow defending champ Marion Haerty won with a stylish run under challenging conditions.
