Today Red Bull will be streaming Travis Rice's "The Fourth Phase" for free at 9:00pm in your local timezone on Red Bull TV. This one-time event will allow the world to witness the highly anticipated sequel to 2011's "The Art of Flight".
The film will feature such athletes as Bryan Iguchi, Pat Moore, Eric Jackson, Mikkel Bang, and of course, Travis himself as they chase storms around the Pacific Rim.
