It all comes down to this! With an exciting season already under their belts, the world’s best freeride skiers and snowboarders return to the infamous Bec de Rosses in Verbier, Switzerland to compete for the biggest prize in freeriding: the FWT World Champion title. Despite a lack of snowfall in Europe this season, and the Sahara sand particles that engrossed Europe over the last few days; sufficient snow coverage remains on the Bec for athletes to explore its mythical couloirs, cliffs, and features. The FWT Final Riders will be joined by a talented pool of highly experienced wildcard athletes such as Reine Barkered, the explosive Spanish skier Aymar Navarro who also fell below the cut, and finally two-time World Champion Victor De Le Rue.
