Video: The Flying Frenchies Perform Mind-Bending Wingsuit Stunt

Truth be told, we’re not really sure what’s even happening in this video. Something about French fries, wingsuits, and F-14s. If you haven’t heard of the Flying Frenchies (a group of acrobats, wingsuiters, slackliners, surfers, and all-round aerial badasses), you’re really missing out. Think of it as the wildest circus show you’ve ever seen, except it all happens in the sky. Literally.

This time, the crew has a new stunt up their sleeve, involving something akin to an aerial arrestor cable for a wingsuit. We can only imagine what that initial conversation was like. Maybe something like this:

“Hey, remember Top Gun?”

“Dudeeeee.”

If the initial stunt wasn’t enough, watch the whole thing for a little surprise at the end.

That being said, his Troll Wall

Combine hurricane force winds, huge waves, and windsurfing off the coast of Ireland – and you get one of the gnarliest contests we’ve ever seen. Red Bull Storm Chase 2019 went off over the past few days, pitting eight of the world’s best windsurfers against the North Atlantic elements. Any trip which brings together Jimmy Chin, Conrad Anker, and Alex Honnold is somewhat noteworthy. An Antarctic expedition with such a star-studded cast is more than somewhat noteworthy— it's a major event in the climbing world.  Related: Kilian Jornet Goes For a "Run" in His Backyard The expedition included a pitch which, according to Outside TV's YouTube description, Honnold called "the scariest I have ever led," so you know it's real. Follow along as Chin, Anker, and Honnold, along with
