Guys, this is a kitesurfer, not a windsurfer.  That is about the same a labeling a skier as a snowboarder in a clip.

    Jesus you guys sound like idiots. Windsurfer? It’s a Kiteboarder.

So, no one should be out there at that time?

Good for him. We always want to evaluate what one is supposed to be doing by the lowest common denominator. Looks like he’s having a good time in conditions that he can handle. And it is a kite surfer not a windsurfer.
