It’s a simple concept. If you love a place, you’re more willing to protect it. Surfers Belinda Baggs, Liz Clark, and Moona Whyte have one simple request of you: spend a little time outside. Whether it’s a walk about your neighborhood, a pedal on your favorite section singletrack, or a surf session at the beach, use this time outside to dwell on what you love about these places. Then, they insist, put that passion to good use.
We’re one of the first generations to be physically affected by climate change, and we’re likely the last ones to actually be able to make a difference. Now more than ever, the little things help, and can culminate into something bigger.
