The 2017 Volcom Pipe Pro Contest Is showcasing some Insane Surfing

Day three of this year’s Volcom Pipe Pro, held on the infamous Banzai Pipeline wave on Oahu, was filled with some of the most incredible barrels and just downright aggressive surfing ever. The big names like John John Florence, Kelly Slater, and Jamie O’Brien were all there delivering run after run of heaters. Local Seth Moniz managed to dethrone Slater after winning a heat against him.

Of course, there were some vicious wipeouts, including what Kelly Slater called his worst one of the season and a gnarly collision between Bino Lopes and Joshua Burke.
