Chuck Patterson is doing something that no one else in the world is currently attempting, "skiing" massive waves. Call it a sideshow, niche, or dumb, either way you have to Patterson credit where it is due. It takes large kahunas to just surf these titans, so dropping in with ski boots is a whole other level of insane.

These waves were created by the same storm that gave us such a memorable Eddie last Thursday. The most impressive part of this video is that Chuck actually carves the faces of the waves. Crossing my fingers that we will see the first ski barrel in the near future, or at the very least a good wipeout.
