Shane Dorian and Albee Layer Conquer Barbaric Wave,“Blood Eagle”

What type of wave is so heavy that Shane Dorian and Albee Layer would name it "Blood Eagle"? The pair set out on the Scottish coast, searching the cold, gray waters of the North Atlantic for a ridable wave. What they found was a heavy slab wave off of an unnamed cliff. Surfing Donald Trump Discusses His Thoughts on Laird Hamilton

Tyler Allen does a pretty mean Trump impression and in this video from our friends at The Inertia he becomes a surfer "President Trump." He explains how he invented the hydrofoil and how he pushed Laird into his first wave. The impression rivals that of Alec Baldwin's SNL masterpiece and the surf nomenclature is spot on. It looks like this will become a regular series for The Inertia and I can't wait to see more.
