Tahiti's offshore reef breaks are legendary for their perfectly-shaped turquoise barrels, and there's no break more famous than Teahupo'o. Hawaiian surfer Tyler Newton showed up the the island just in time to catch one of the season's best swells to date.

Joined by fellow pro surfers Raimana Van Bastolaer, Matahi Drollet, Mihimana Braya, and Makai McNamara, as well as a number of talented locals, Newton does his best to manage Teahupo'o's beautiful though heavy surf.
