Becoming a surf instructor in the beautiful town of La Saladita seems like an easy ride to heaven. Banano spends his mornings teaching surf lessons, his afternoons surfing on his own, and his evenings relaxing and enjoying the passing of time in this beautiful Méxican surf town. Not a bad life, to be sure. Of all the gems to uncover on the Pacific coast of México, La Saladita sits high on my list.
