Coach Stephanie Gilmore is back. If you already tuned into lesson one then you should have your board picked out and be ready to go. (If not, don’t worry you can catch up here). Next up is getting the quintessential surf movements dialed: paddling, popping up, and the proper stance. The great thing is you can practice each of these techniques in your living room or on the sand. It's also not a bad way to kill time if you're at home self-isolating!
Take moment to get your bearings and really run through each of Gilmore’s drills. Once you feel confident, go give it a try in the water. Just remember, don’t forget to smile!
