The Most Challenging Line Jeremy Jones has Ever Ridden

Jeremy Jones’ first descent of the Shangri-La Spine Wall—a 2,000-foot line within a day’s walk from Everest base camp—was an incredible accomplishment.

The Deeper, Further, Higher series he and TGR had been working on for the past six years was coming to an end, and this beautiful never-ridden wall was the grand finale.

RELATED: 2 Days until the world premiere of Tight Loose. Watch the trailer, buy tickets here.

The combination of steep, big, and high made riding the line the most difficult thing Jeremy had ever done — because of the elevation (21,400 feet) every single turn was a challenge. But Jeremy welcomed the experience, and the segment that came from it is among the most memorable and stunning in TGR films to date.

About TGR’s Top 21 Moments:

This year, TGR turns 21 years old. To celebrate, we're resurfacing TGR founders, Todd and Steve Jones', favorite moments from filming over the last 21 years—the moments that made TGR what it is today. One video a day until the world premiere of our new film "Tight Loose" on September 17 in Jackson, Wyoming.

Watch Jeremy Jones ride the line of his life here.

Alex Yoder Learns Lessons About Land Use While Snowboarding in Scotland

Alex Yoder is one of those snowboarders who transcend even snowboarding itself: he’s a lot more than just that Jackson dude who rides weirdly shaped boards. As one of Patagonia’s snow ambassadors, he recently traveled to Scotland, hopped in a van with Marie-France Roy, and set out to explore the mountains. Along the way, he learns a few lessons about Scotland’s approach to universal land access and how personal accountability allows for people to responsibly enjoy the beautiful mountains in

No paw prints in the snow or sight of the tweed coat clad hare, instead a rarely traveled path split the forest and led into the mountains, and that’s where it all began. “A couple years ago I went exploring the eastern side of the Cascades,” claims 686 Team Manager Pat McCarthy. This initial journey convinced Pat to gather the team and survey a new range to ride. He enlisted riders Sammy
