LIVE | Natural Selection 2023 – Revelstoke

The window is open and competition will run today in Revelstoke, British Columbia for the biggest event in freeride snowboarding: Natural Selection 2023. This year’s line-up is made up of an incredible mix of Olympic and X Games medalists, Tour Champions and backcountry freestyle masters. For the women competing at Revelstoke, it’s a battle of big-mountain experience with 2022 Tour Champion Elena Hight  and backcountry legend Kimmy Fasani sharing the drop zone with the Tour’s two youngest competitors Zoi Sadowski-Synnott and Hailey Langland, who continue to bring freestyle skills to the backcountry. 

The men’s field in Revelstoke includes 2022 Tour Champion Travis Rice and inaugural 2021 Tour Champion Mikkel Bang, along with names like Blake Paul, Jared Elston, Ben Ferguson, Dustin Craven and Torstein Horgmo. Mikey Ciccarelli will replace Mark McMorris this round, who is out due to injury.
