Kazuhiro Kokubo Drops Spectacular ‘Master’ Edit

Seventeen years after started his snowboard career—at age 11—Kazuhiro Kokubo is still a total boss on and off snow. You might recall when the two-time Olympian and double US Open Halfpipe gold medalist was reprimanded for an untucked shirt-saggy pants style at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics or when he flipped off Winter X Games judges, three years later.

Kokubo’s latest edit—simply dubbed ‘Mudmaster,’ after the watch made by his sponsor Casio G-Shock—captures the athlete stomping incredible pillow stacks, cliff drops, and steep big mountain lines with aesthetic grabs and his dreadlocks flying free.
