February of 2014 was our first trip to Jackson, it had been in the plans for a long time, but it was the poor conditions in Tahoe that forced us east to Park City and from there on to Jackson. Three Aussies and a Canadian. Driving over the pass to go to Grand Targhee we saw the boot-pack and people doing the hike up Mt Glory, we said to each other "let's do it". So we hired some gear in Wilson, talked to the locals about where to go, and did the hike the next morning. After the hike up to the hut at the top (RIP hut), we strapped in and went for it - getting some of the best conditions of our 2014 trip. We earned our turns that day, which made it all the more satisfying. And now we are heading back there for a few more laps of Glory Bowl this coming February - can't wait!
