Front Squats-TGR Ski/SB Training Camp #2

Hey skiers & snowboarders! Crystal Wright here from Wright Training here in Jackson Hole. This is the second installment of our 9-part TGR Ski & Snowboard Training Camp, which will get in you killer shape to crush the slopes this winter with minimal equipment and gym experience. Today we'll be focusing on Front Squats-a great exercise that targets your legs and engages your core and back safely and effectively. Work up to sets that are hard but still doable. Here's how to do it:

Complete 6-8 rounds of 3-6 reps per round. 

I have always wanted to learn this snowboarding after I have watched some snowboarding stunt videos on a television channel. The adrenaline rush I had just by watching the video was so immense that I wanted to learn this since that day.

I loved snowboarding and wanted to learn more about it. Thanks for sharing these helpful videos of snowboarding. Recently visiting Karachi & really enjoying the famous eat places suggested by Karachi restaurants, but I’m thinking to move towards northern areas of Pakistan in order to enjoy the snowboarding experience.
