Deep December in Jackson Makes for Happy Travis Rice

No such thing as a bad day at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. With 264 inches of total snowfall and snow depths of 86 inches, this year is shaping up to be one of the DEEPest seasons to date at Jackson Hole. Watch Jackson-native Travis Rice along with Mark Carter and Rob Kingwell tear up an epic pow day on their home mountain this monumental DEEPcember. Thanks to this season’s dump(s), there’s no need for these Wyoming-bred riders to travel anywhere but home to take advantage of this classic Jackson Hole Mountain Resort terrain.

With snowfalls at almost 200% above normal conditions this past month, December rounded out the year as the second snowiest in the resort’s history. With another big storm moving in at the tail end of this weekend, the free refills don’t appear to be letting up anytime soon!
