Anna Gasser has had a rollercoaster year. Her winter season started on a high note by becoming the first woman to do a Triple, but celebrations were short lived. Two months later she fractured her ankle at the Laax Open, putting her season on hold for 10 weeks.
If anything, these injuries demonstrate Gasser's tenacity. Back on the board, the snowboarder went for another big first for the ladies: A Cab Double Cork 1260. And to put the cherry on the experience, she stomped it on her first try. Atta girl, Gasser!
