The skydiving team over at Redbull is always thinking of new ways to fly through the air. This time around, they went back to their childhood roots for inspiration: they built a swing set. This swing set, however, was made with hundred foot long ropes dangling over the side of a hot air balloon. My stomach drops watching these guys launch out of the basket, but it’s unsurprising that after a few swings, they move on to what they do best - jumping off the swing and free falling towards the ground.
The rock climbing world has never been immune to influence from outside parties. A few years ago, we saw that infamous Citibank commercial featuring none other than Alex Honnold and Katie Brown. Climbing is inherently a dangerous sport, and the fact is accidents do happen. Luckily, many popular climbing areas around the US are close enough to major metro areas that SAR teams can respond almost immediately.
