Wild Mountains of Kamchatka

This March I've crossed half of the Earth to see the mysterious land of volcanoesin the far east of Russia - Kamchatka. It was quite a short trip that gave me only two weeks in the place and just 7 days in backcountry, but that was pretty enough for the very first time. We were pretty unlucky with the weather, being hit by a usual storm, which happens there in winter and beginning of spring, so we had to change our itinerary. The initially planned expedition was not as epic and powerful as we imagined it to be, filming seemed more impossible than ever, my gear tending to die even more than myself, but a little bit of motion I could capture - to keep the memory of that insane journey. I intended to make a short movie for a local team of mountain guides, Wild Mountains, and now I hope I can finish my job duly next time I choose to go somewhere with them.
