Cody Peak's Central Couloir is one of the gnarlier sidecountry lines accessible from the top of Jackson Hole's tram. Easily visible from the resort, the couloir is ridiculously steep, icy, and terrifying. Only viable in nearly-perfect conditions, and with severe consequences in the case of a fall, few attempt this Jackson Hole showpiece.
