Picture this: You're standing atop the knuckle of a jump at Stubai Glacier, watching a mix of professional skiers and motivated amateurs huck themselves off kickers the size of a smallish house. All of a sudden, off in the distance, you hear a dog barking. Wait, is that really a dog? No, it sounds like someone crudely imitating a dog. You're still pondering this when, all of a sudden, a small man wearing what must be XXXL clothing comes sailing over the lip, falling into a double-cork 1260 with a tweaked blunt grab. His dreads flowing in the wind, he stomps the shit out of it and rides away into the Austrian sunset.

All joking aside, Henrik Harlaut is, in our opinion, one of the most stylish and versatile skiers around. Whether he's throwing the world's most off-axis corks or grinding rails in the street, his skiing is undeniably fun to watch—no triple-16s with a boot-grab to be found here. He's still at the top of his game, and only getting better. As one of the paragons of freeskiing, we tend to take him for granted, but we shouldn't. Henrik, we love your skiing, style, and personality. Never change.
Sincerely, Zack
