TGR’s New Film, Rogue Elements is Now Available for Digital Download

TGR's new ski and snowboard film, Rogue Elements is now available for digital download. With winter just around the corner, it's the perfect time to get stoked for colder weather.

Film Summary:

Since the dawn of time, everything that has lived and breathed on this planet has been subject to the whims of Mother Nature. The nature of an adventurer is inherently rogue; typically wild in character, subject to the fancy of their imagination. We are unequivocally drawn to nature’s rawest fury and deepest mysteries. These are the irreverent souls who pursue the edge.

In the winter of 2017, the magnitude of winter's force was on full display. Telephone-pole-snapping storms pounded the Wyoming landscape. Regions to the west, recently left arid and forgotten, were gifted with unprecedented accumulation. Blizzards in Europe buried towns in an instant before disappearing just as fast, leaving the lucky few who were there to wonder if it even happened. A Bolivian expedition found grace above 18,000 feet before the elements went rogue and the humans reluctantly heeded warnings from above.

Join the TGR team as they embark on an adventure filled with fury and glory, and witness the unimaginable. Presented by REI.

12-Year-Old Kai Jones Doesn’t Need Snow To Rip

After an absolutely epic winter season, skiing big lines all over the Tetons and winning the U12 North American IFSA Junior Freeride Tour, 12-year-old Kai Jones was nowhere near done. Peeking out the car window on a roadtrip with his family, Kai noticed some sand dunes in the distance, and decided to go explore them, skis in tow. Kai Jones would also like to remind all groms to enter the 2018 TGR Grom Contest The St. Anthony Sand Dunes, situated in Idaho just west of the Tetons, offered

Amidst World Cup Fever, Here’s Our Favorite Soccer Moment

What do you get when you put a soccer net at the base of a jump and give a ball to a group of Norwegian freeskiers? The most epic combination of skiing and soccer we've seen. While the soccer we’re used to watching is played on a flat pitch, we prefer this take on the sport. Filmed in Geilo, Norway, a group of seven skiers had a classic 3-v-3 tournament...except there was only one goalie. And no referee. And it was played on snow. Skiing park is hard enough, now imagine punting a ball with
