#TGRlive: Tim Durtschi Talks Kai Jones & the Winterland Digital Release

This week, we caught up with our very own Tim Durtschi (who’s been busy training for the upcoming season in some unorthodox ways) at our Wilson, WY headquarters. He gave us the low down on what it was like working together with Kai Jones for Winterland, acting as a mentor and backcountry partner for Kai last season. The two stacked footage all over the Tetons before heading north to Girdwood, Alaska for the ultimate late-season heli sesh.

Check out Kai’s full segment here.

We got a chance to sit down with founder Matt Sterbenz (who you might remember being behind 4FRNT) last fall to learn about the technology in their original ski the Intention 110, and you can read more about that here. WNDR Alpine just released their second ski, the Vital 100, and

VIDEO: Watch Finn Bilous’ Season Edit ‘Growing Pains’

Finn Bilous and his brother Hank aren't household names in the world of freeskiing quite yet, but they're well on their way. Finn placed second in the 2019 SLVSH Cup Grandvalira, and has been putting down solid runs at freestyle comps around the world. Hank is more of a freerider, and ended up fifth overall in the unfortunately abbreviated Freeride World Tour 2020. RELATED: Check out the TGR Journal Vol. 1 It's clear from this edit that Finn is comfortable in both the park and backcountry,
