Jeremy Jones, Sage and Tommy Moe on the Importance of Family Skiing for Father’s Day

Editor's Note: This story was originally published in June of 2018.

There might be no greater joy in life than skiing/snowboarding with your family and passing on the love of riding to a new generation. And, chances are pretty high if you enjoy sliding down frozen water, your old man is the one who taught you how to do that.

So call your dad today and tell him thanks: Without him, none of this would be possible.

Yes, it would be a wonderful experience to ski with your family and teach your kids the techniques of skiing. It is like passing on some valuable hereditary thing to your coming generation. And of course, they will love the experience.

There’s everything from 60-0 in a matter of inches (shoutout Aymar Navarro and that snowbank) to folks going SPLAT off gigantic airs (shoutout everyone else). Hope

VIDEO: What Inspires TGR Photographer Nic Alegre In the Field?

To award-winning TGR photographer Nic Alegre, countless different ingredients need to come together to create a shot that truly has the power to inspire. For him, the goal is to create the best art possible, and that requires athletes to perform, conditions to line up, and gear he can rely on, like f-stop’s camera bags. When composing a shot, his first priority is capturing light - and capturing it in a way that makes the athlete secondary to what’s going on in the environment. Ultimately,
