"Don't fall on me," is certainly a thought you might have when passed by a climber who is not attached to the wall.
Dark Shadows is a 5.8 four pitch trad route and it's one of Red Rocks' most well known and popular climbs. Even this writer here has climbed it. I, however, am not nearly bold enough to give it a go without gear. This free solo climber seemed to have no qualms though; he climbed right on up, passed several parties along the way, and totally sent.
The climber who shot this video, David Colhoun, writes in the YouTube description, "He was very polite about asking to pass. After a few minutes I made myself safe and let him by. I watched in awe as he cruised passed. I was about 275' above the ground when he approached, which is the third pitch, rated 5.8."
While its not quite Alex Honnold's level of free soloing, this is still impressive to say the least.
