The Kings and Queens of Corbet’s is Back!

Saddle up folks, because one of the rowdiest events in skiing and snowboarding is back. The Kings and Queens of Corbet’s will take place between February 10-17, 2019, with some of Jackson’s most aggressive skiers and riders hucking themselves into one of North America’s best-known lines. The success of last year’s competition put it on the map as a can’t-miss event, and will surely bring in even more shredders willing to risk life and limb in the pursuit of glory.

It will be interesting to see how the event develops, as there seemed to be two schools of thought in last year’s comp. On one hand, some, such as Teton Brown, tried tricks rarely seen in traditional freeride events (double backies), while others approached the event in a more traditional freeride fashion. It’s sure to be a good time, so mark your calendar and come see if Crazy Karl and Caite Zeliff can defend their titles as King and Queen of Corbet’s, respectively.
