We all have a #MountainInTheHallway. For Tate MacDowell and Brian McDonnell, the Grand Teton is an aspirational goal that has helped them fight their battle with Colorectal Cancer. For TGR employee Tyler Gutierrez, music and mountains carry him through the tough times. We’re honored to share this documentary film with the world, and are beyond humbled by the stories you’re all sharing with us as well.

This week we’d like to share a post from Cassidy Humphrey and Livy Rudolph:

Cassidy and Livy met while studying abroad in Amsterdam. The two bonded after opening up about their struggles with body image and self love. They write in one Instagram post, “We had both been living with inner demons and we felt lonely in our battle. Since that time we have both sought outside help and helped one another to live a healthy and balanced life.” They’ve started an Instagram account, @thebellslives, to celebrate their progress and encourage people to live a balanced life.
