The North Face Partners with a Viral Singing Sensation for their New Video

Last year Pharrell Williams, the famed producer, and singer, who has worked with everyone from Brittany Spears to Daft Punk, sat in on a songwriter masterclass at NYU. One student, Maggie Rogers, played her song for Pharrell, who was literally moved to tears by the track. The video of the interaction quickly went viral, earning Maggie a recording contract. She released her first EP, Now that the Light is Fading this year.

Recently she teamed up with The North Face to release her new track "Split Stones". The video features some of The North Face's most famous athletes, including Emily Harrington, Alex Honnold, and Jimmy Chin. Music and the outdoors are bound together and you can feel Maggie's inspiration and connection in her music.

In the most recent installment of what seems to be a constant game of one-upmanship, Park City has yet again unseated Breckenridge as the home of the world’s longest shot-ski.  Not to be outdone after having its 2016 record broken by Breckenridge at the 2017 Ullrfest, Park City’s local Rotary Club teamed up with High West Distillery. The team filled 1,275 shot glasses with double rye whiskey to be downed in relative unison, and knocked them all back. RELATED: Car Camper Hosts
