TGR Live: Trent McCrerey

Editor's Note: TGR Live is an ongoing weekly live series highlighting a member of the TGR team where we talk about TGR community and some of our favorite gear.

If you’ve been following TGR’s recent Ford Tough Fun series, you’ll recognize Trent McCrerey as the young gun kayaker who took on some of the gnarliest whitewater in the West. After his epic road trip with longtime buddy Knox Hammack, Trent returned to Jackson to get to work putting the finishing touches on the short film documenting their time in the Ranger.

We caught up with Trent during some down time to hear about the trip, what happened to the mullet, how the film is shaping up, and his impression of daily life at TGR HQ - including some of his favorite products from the TGR Shop.

#TGRlive - Kai Jones on the Winterland World Premiere

Kai Jones is unlike any other athlete on the TGR Winterland roster. When he’s not busy skiing big lines in the winter, or hitting jumps on his bike with his friends, he’s busy being a 13-year-old – and that means going to school. For the latest episode of #TGRlive, we checked in with Kai as he was catching up on some homework in his school’s library. We talked about everything from how skiing and snowboarding runs in the family to how Kai’s trip to AK this spring opened up a whole new world
