Video: Try Real-Life Mario Kart at a French Resort

Serre Chevaliera French ski resort near the Italian border, is now offering visitors the chance to mountain kart. What exactly is mountain karting? Well. from the promotional video posted by the resort, it appears to be an unpowered downhill race on tricycles with fat tires.

Serre Chevalier is located in the Alps separating France and Italy. Google map.

The karting only costs 16 Euros per run with a lift ticket, or 25.50 Euros without a lift ticket. Pretty cheap for the opportunity to live out a dream that has been firmly embedded since the first time you played Mario Kart.
