Mountain biking and skiing go hand in hand. The two sports work similar muscles, encourage a similar mindset, and have little to no seasonal overlap in North America, so you'll rarely have to choose between a day of biking and a day of skiing. In Europe, however, where many ski resorts are located on high-elevation glaciers, it's quite possible to do both in one day.

For better or worse, Brendan Fairclough and Vincent Tupin are single-sport athletes, so you're not going to see a video of them skiing and biking. That said, they do rip some corduroy on their bikes, which, as always, looks like a great way to go flying headfirst into a tree. How are you supposed to stop? How?
