We’ve seen some bad crashes in the mountain bike world in the last few weeks, especially considering the usual Red Bull Rampage carnage, but this bail from somewhere in Peru takes the cake. The unknown rider in question was JRA-ing (just riding along) when his front wheel caught an awkwardly angled rock…and you get the idea of what happens next. Lucky for him, the bike took the brunt of the impact, and lucky for us, his friends were there to film it.

Speaking of Rampage, it's a miracle that Adolf Silva walked away from this one. Talk about a faceplant.
