Internal monologues are a weird thing. Sometimes they're a voice of caution, reminding you how comfortable your bed is, and how easy it would be to claim illness and back out. Other times, they're calling you unkind names and telling you to push your limits.

Mike Hopkins' internal monologue is firmly in the latter category, and has a very pleasing timbre and accent to boot. Gravel biking might not be the most adrenaline-boosting discipline, but it's hard to watch this video and not feel a little thirst for grand adventure.
