The 10th Anniversary of the world’s most legendary slopestyle competition went down at Crankworx Whistler this past weekend. Red Bull Joyride brought together the world’s best slopestyle riders in front of a 38,000-person crowd. With a new course returning to infamous Boneyard, riders battled it out for Crankworx glory. At the end, Emil Johansson continued his Crankworx winning streak, taking his eighth win in a row, beating out Timothé Bringer and Tomas Lemoine for gold. Johansson’s effortless technical style paired well with Bringer’s creativity and Lemoine’s fearlessness–we can’t forget to mention Lemoine’s absolutely INSANE huck that gapped the entire final feature…on a hardtail.
