Vancouver Island—or simply “the island” by the locals —is a destination that holds itself within mountain biking lore for its bountiful singletrack.
Deep within this ancient rainforest you’ll find a collection of the world’s finest downhill trails, and it also serves as the training ground for local World Cup racer, Kendall Mclean. As seen in Calvin Huth’s new edit, "No Bad Days," Mclean bombs through the misty trail network of Mount Prevost. The edit not only pays tribute to the area’s incredible riding, but the late World Cup champion Stevie “Chainsaw” Smith. Smith's legacy lives on through the downhill community he helped cultivate, which now produces some of world's best riders. Long live Chainsaw.
