The Andorra UCI DH World Cup Was A Nailbiter

Racing is usually exciting, but this weekend’s DH World Cup in Vallnord, Andorra took that to a whole new level. Have we seen a changing of the guard yet again? After seeing all sorts of things go down in practice and qualifying, Tahnee Seagrave beat out Rachel Atherton with a 4.8-second lead on the gnarly track, marking her second victory in a row. Loris Vergier stumped fellow Frenchman Amaury Pierron, so far arguably the rider of the year, with a heater of a run and a 1.3-second lead.

There must be something in that French water…

Check out the recap of Vergier’s winning run, and a POV from onboard Seagrave’s rocketship.
