Wandering the pits after the World Cup finals in Les Gets, France, mountain biking legend Wyn Masters speaks with the some of the quickest downhillers in the world about their race. Benoit Coulanges talks about taking his first world cup win after over a decade of professional racing. He was swarmed by the French fans in the finish coral, and it’s certainly the first time I’ve ever seen crowd surfing at a mountain bike race. Masters also dishes out thousands of euros to a selection of up and coming privateer racers to encourage them to keep at it. Privateers, if you are unfamiliar with the term, are self-supported racers, meaning they are responsable for paying their own way to get to and register for races as they jump from continent to continent. WynTV delivers yet again in Les Gets. Snowshoe, West Virginia, next.
