Danny MacAskill Trial Rides an Abandoned Argentinian Town

25 years ago the town of Epecuén in Argentina was submerged under 33 feet of water. Deemed inhabitable by the devastation, it was left to crumble. The flood waters have steadily receded, and in their wake is a shell of a community. For years the ghost town went largely unnoticed until mountain biker Danny MacAskill stumbled across it during a Google search.

The crumbling concrete, rebar, and ghostly white trees of Epecuén are given new life through MacAskill's creative interpretation. This behind the scenes video from Unstoppable takes a deeper look into the short film Epecuén that documented MacAskill's adventure.
