Give Veronique Sandler a plot of dirt and she’ll transform it into a skatepark for mountain bikes. Her latest project Lucky Dip was the byproduct of the global pandemic lockdown, which kept Sandler and her pals stuck at home with plenty of free time on their hands. They decided to pass the time with digging, and after months of shaping and sculpting Sandler now has the perfect riding playground. Our guess is that this edit will be the first of many sessions to come from this playful little spot.
Carson Storch and Lucas Wachs have been buds ever since they were eight-year-old groms. These days, they’re living radically different lives with Wachs chasing winter while Storch rides his bike year-round. Even though Wachs is a pro skier by trade, he’s not too shabby on a mountain bike and can keep up with Storch. It seems like kids these days keep sending it bigger and bigger. This group of groms known as the Outlaw Bike Team certainly proves that. These kids are not only pushing themselves on bikes but their team also values leadership, teamwork, and education. Based all over the Salt Lake City area, these kids are already riding better than many of us even dream of. Their first full edit not only showcases the amount of talent in this group, but also some excellent dance moves and fancy cars.
