Check Out Kate Courtney’s World Cup Racing Training Plan

What does it take to be one of mountain biking’s elites? As XC World Champion Kate Courtney shows us, it’s not just about riding your bike. A typical week of training for the racer entails 15-25 hours on her bike and 3-6 hours in the gym. Then, she does it all over again until race day. It’s this kind of grit and tenacity that makes her such a beast on and off her bike.
