We’re used to seeing Cam McCaul hit all sorts of weird features, but it’s rare that he’s taking off and landing on concrete. The Sierra Nevada athlete and freeride legend has been hitting big jumps and drops on all forms of dirt, but he decided to switch it up a little for his latest vlog – teaming up with Dusty Wygle to bring a portable ramp to a freshly-built urban gaps. We’ve seen loads of riders using these kinds of ramps lately and it certainly allows for some creativity in line choice, but it seems like even for someone of Cam’s caliber, there’s quite a steep learning curve involved.

We’re always fans of Loris Vergier’s outrageous French accent, but it gets even better when he’s simply making noises to “narrate” a mountain bike video. That’s exactly what he does with Santa Cruz’s latest release vid (for the brand-new Bullit e-mtb), and it’s pretty damn funny. Ever heard of a foley artist? It’s how Hollywood creates sound effects for the movies in post-production. For example, in Star Wars, sound designer and foley artist Ben Burtt says he created the famous TIE fighter
We’re back with more groms on mountain bikes- but this time, it’s a full on girl gang. Based around some of the country’s best biking, the all girls mountain bike clubs the Flying Squirrels and the Radical Rippers call Bellingham, Washington home. Founded by Transition Bike’s Keri Young and Angi Weston, these clubs are based around not only building a solid foundation for mountain biking before expanding into more advanced riding, they’re also looking to foster community.
