Cam McCaul, Dusty Wygle, and Ryan Howard have a lot of street cred in the mountain bike world for their ability and bike prowess, but what they also have is a lot of creativity. The Trek C3 Summer Video Series allowed riders to imagine, create, and complete a “dream session”. The rider gets to pick where they go, how they go, and what kind of riding they do along the way. Cam McCaul picked this desert full of dusty hills and sparse trees as the location for his session. Being at the top of his game, he’s able to balance on the thin, crumbly tops of these hills and flip off and over them with apparent ease. McCaul works with gravity better than most, using it to fly through the air and ride at huge speeds, with Wygle and Howard right behind him. There’s a whole lot of imagination and raw skill on display here, but with McCaul calling the shots, we can’t be too surprised.

Rémy Métailler’s latest creation is not for the faint of heart, and the height alone isn’t even the most technical part of this feature. Once you clear the massive cliff, you’ve got to dump your speed otherwise you might hit a tree. Sounds fun, right? Métailler walks us through the process of approaching a massive new feature for the first time. Will he clean it on his first try? You’ll just have to
In case you haven’t heard yet, a few weeks ago Brett Rheeder launched a component company called Title MTB. It’s no surprise that some of his good friends (who happen to be some of the best riders in the world) are rocking the new components on their bikes. Talk about effective product testing. One of those riders, Tom Van Steenbergen, who also happens to have a banger segment in our latest MTB film also just released a super-steezy edit featuring some DH bike eye candy. RELATED: Catch Tom
