Professional mountain biker Paul Basagoitia was living every rider’s dream. He was riding, filming and competing at the highest level until suddenly everything came careening to a halt. A spinal cord injury (SCI) at Red Bull Rampage would leave Basagoitia paralyzed from the waist down, forever changing his life.

With hopes of walking again, he’d begin a long and arduous journey of recovery. The film Any One Of Us follows his story through raw and intense documentation—filmed at times by Basagoitia himself. Basagoitia has fought hard to build a new life for himself, a topic which is explored alongside other SCI survivors in the new feature-length documentary that will be released this fall.
