Adventure has always been a defining thread of Jezza William’s life. As a guide for some of the wildest and remote locations on earth, Williams thrived on leading others into the unknown. But a canyoneering accident in 2011 changed everything for him in an instant. Williams broke his neck after jumping into a waterfall in the Swiss Alps, ultimately becoming a C5 tetraplegic.

Suddenly the adventure and autonomy he relished were gone. Williams now depends on others to do the simplest of tasks. Despite losing so much, he hasn’t let go of his ambition. Unwilling to let his situation sideline him, Williams learned how to paraglide. Now he’s using that experience to make adventure sports more accessible to everyone, as seen in the powerful film Limitless.
