Kayaker Almost Loses Boat on Solo Nepal Whitewater Trip

The Thuli Bheri is a remote river in the North Western part of Nepal. It's here that we find young adventurer who gets himself in a crazy situation. While running a rapid he flips, almost losing his boat, paddle, supplies, essentially his lifeline to the outside world. He has the following to say about the ordeal:

*Please don't think that soloing rivers is a good or sensible idea. It is not. This was my own choice and not one I would actively encourage. I did it because it was something I personally wanted to do and had dreamed of for a long time. I accepted the risks involved and thought long and hard before taking on such a challenge*
