Well that is what kayaker Galen Volckhausen did off of a fairly significantly sized waterfall. After a failed attempt in a creek boat he took his smaller freestyle kayak to accomplish the feat.

Rush Sturges made the waterfall front-flip famous, dubbing the trick the "Hail Mary". Although that might technically be a harder maneuverI love the style that Galen brings to this trick. Full switch commitment, completely laid out and he brings it around. Great execution all around.
