Surf Phenom Caity Simmers and the Tube that Kept Going

Caity Simmers is on that very short list of surfers that can tube ride as well as this.

If this clip was only 5 seconds, it would be sick. Clocking in at well over 20 seconds in the barrel, this wave will go down in history as one of the most impressive bits of surfing ever. Oh, and did we mention she's only 18? 

Simmers is creating a new category of surfer altogether, quickly redefining what's possible in the sport. Most importantly, she's got her priorities straight. She said it best: 

“I don’t surf to win contests... I surf to get barreled with my brother.”

Keep doing that, please.
