The Most Challenging Line Jeremy Jones has Ever Ridden

Jeremy Jones’ first descent of the Shangri-La Spine Wall—a 2,000-foot line within a day’s walk from Everest base camp—was an incredible accomplishment.

The Deeper, Further, Higher series he and TGR had been working on for the past six years was coming to an end, and this beautiful never-ridden wall was the grand finale.

The combination of steep, big, and high made riding the line the most difficult thing Jeremy had ever done — because of the elevation (21,400 feet) every single turn was a challenge. But Jeremy welcomed the experience, and the segment that came from it is among the most memorable and stunning in TGR films to date.
